Indoor activities in Sydney for older kids during the school holidays?
I’m trying to organise something for a small group of kids aged around 10 to 14 during the school holidays. Most indoor play centres seem to be designed for much younger children, while some escape rooms can be difficult when the group has mixed ages.
Does anyone know of an indoor venue in Sydney with active games, team challenges or problem-solving activities? Ideally, it would be somewhere the adults could join in as well, rather than sitting on the side the whole time.

You might want to have a look at these indoor activities in Sydney. Power Play Sydney seems different from a typical soft play centre because its game rooms combine physical movement, quick reactions, problem-solving and teamwork.
The rooms are designed for groups of 2 to 6 players, so it could work well if you divide a larger group into smaller teams.
This looks closer to what I’ve been trying to find as well. A lot of school holiday activities are either aimed at very young children or involve everyone doing their own thing.
Do you know whether adults can join the games, or is it mainly designed for kids?
I checked their guide to school holiday activities in Sydney, and it says the experience is designed for kids, teenagers, families and groups, with adults able to take part as well.
That probably makes it a better option for mixed-age groups, especially when the parents want to join rather than wait on the side.
